Many of our clients find using prototypes as invaluable tools for obtaining feedback from the end users before committing to final tooling, whether for PCB board and software design or enclosures. They are also valuable for marketing or when proving concepts to obtain further project funding. Metalwork can be designed and supplied by either our UK associate metal fabrication company, or for larger volume builds, with our Far East partner company.

For traceability and quality assurance, we also work with our clients to develop full testing and assembly procedures.

GBE can provide a full Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) & Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) evaluation service, to ensure that your products are compliant with current regulations.

All manufacturing is carried out under our Quality Management System, which is in accordance with ISO9001:2000.

GBE is registered in a Producer Compliance Scheme (with B2B Compliance) in accordance with the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2006.
